All clients are to provide their first and last name and exact physical address before the therapist leaves for client's location.  An intake form will be filled out by each client.  

All mobile massages will be conducted on the 1st floor of a home (no stairs).  If in an office setting, there must be a working elevator available.

The therapist is to have a sufficient amount of space to move around the massage table.  A six foot massage table, rolling stool and large bag or suitcase will be brought by the therapist.

PETS:  Our pets are our babies and we love to have them near us which is wonderful.  If you have an aggressive pet, regardless of size please have them in a safe place before the therapist is to arrive.
